Condición/Condition
1) Él está considerado el mejor arquero en el estado. (Condición temporal)
He is considered the best goalie/goal-keeper in the state. (Temporary condition)

2) Él es considerado el mejor arquero en la historia del estado. (Condición permanente; hasta ahora)
He is considered the best goalie/goal-keeper in the state’s history. (Permanent condition; until now)

Lugar/Location
1) La sala 4 está en el piso de arriba. (Lugar permanente)
Room 4 is upstairs. (Permanent location)

2) La exhibición es en la sala 4. (Lugar temporal; para eventos: conciertos, fiestas, espectáculos, etc.)
The exhibition is in room 4. (Temporary location; for events: concerts, parties, shows, etc.)
