Qué pasa – qué te pasa

Cada día un poco de práctica (Every day a little practice):

Qué pasa – qué te pasa

¿Qué pasa? = What’s up?

¿Qué te pasa? = What’s the matter with you?

Dependiendo del contexto, estas expresiones pueden sonar cordiales, confianzudas o agresivas.
(Depending on the context, these expressions may sound friendly, bold and saucy or even aggressive.)
Por tanto, es mejor decir (Therefore, it is better to say):

¿Te pasa algo? = are you OK? = Is something wrong?
(¿Le pasa algo? En lenguaje formal)

O (Or)

¿Qué tal? = How are you?
